Delay Between 1st And 2nd Shot

Does anyone know how can I have delays between shots?
For example I shoot 1st bullet, then I have to wait 3seconds so i can shoot the 2nd

 

im not sure how to do it exactly but I feel like all you would need to do is, add a Daley function into the touch node. then you the if statement to wait a small time frame. sorry I couldn't be more help. but if you go onto discord. we have community Coders who should be able to help with this.
