The Pit Like Character Lock

How to have custom images over all locked characters in game and without lock if purchased (like in The Pit game)?

 

change the images to those without a lock using your game art. drag and drop it in to replace

 

Yeah, Okay, thank you! ☺

 

It still requires Unlock Button in Multiple Character Selection option in order to Unlock character in game. Is there a way to avoid it and leave as in picture below?
