Progression

anyone figure out how to use the progression bar in a different preset other than "progression"? any tutorials on this?

 

Im trying to figure out this for my game, the only tutorial i got is for "hearts bar" on Builbox YouTube channel.Once i get something to share i will do, and if you find something plz message me.thanks
