    I have sent 2 emails to support@buildbox.com and I haven't gotten a reply in 2 days. I don't want to get charged so any help would be appreciated

    Support does not work at week-end. If you sent your mail Friday afternoon you might not expect a reply until Monday. Nobody "normal" works at week-end. Just we crazy developers do. :D
