Hi build box team I think we should have live chat option on forum if someone is online then we can reach them easily. I have seen some threads which have not answered yet. So if we have live chat option then we don't have this issue.It is my suggestion if you think it is helpful then please make it as early as possible otherwise the traditional way is ok .
