Is This "select Multiple Object" Feature Removed?

I saw this Buildbox 2.3 walkthrough on Youtube and notice this features where the user can click and drag the mouse on the canvas to select multiple object (picture in attachment). However, when I tried this in my BB 2.3.7 and 2.3.6, it's not possible. Is it removed or am I missing something?

Windows sometimes have a problem with drag and drop things.Best reinstall buildbox to fix it

 

Here, I am using BuildBox 2.3.6, and I can select multiple objects in scenes.

 

My answer may be a bit late...however I HAD this issue...what I found is if your background is NOT locked...you cannot multi select...simply lock your background and you will be good to go...this also is a great reason to create groups...and lock them as needed so you can keep from selecting unwanted items. Hope this helps
