i am trying to add leader board icon to my game, but i don't see it in the buttons, logic, characters or logic sections . i tried to also import leader board image and placed it in the UI, but i dont see an option to link it to the leaderboard. @heathclose @sysads @AndyG
I know on google play [not sure about ios] you add leaderboard icon when youre uploading game to store. you click on game services. in there, you setup leaderboard, achievements and the icons you want.
where to add the icon in buildbox or in google console. where is the game services option? if it cant be assigned in buildbox then how to adjust the placement of the icon? @OneHitGamer ?
Look at image, see top left? Hit game services, then on top right, hit the blue add game button. the next screens will set it all up. where you can chose icons etc.
under the leader board section there is a place to add icon. this icon will be displayed to the players once they click on leaderboard icon in the game (i think so) i want to add an icon ao that it will be reflected in the game main menu, game over ui and pause ui ? @OneHitGamer
I dont remember exactly, but as i was adding leaderboards to my game, i eventually came across a screen that asked for the icon i wanted to use. it said, "if no icon is chosen, default will be used".

You want it to link to the leaderboards when players click that? Not sure, try adding a URL BUTTON in buildbox, make it whatever icon you want, and have the URL point to you playstore leaderboard link? i dunno.
You need to add the leaderboard graphic png file to your button. Drag a button on to your menu field, then set it to game services, then drag an image to the button in the right column.
there are four buttons action, purchase, image , navigation. to which shd i drag the png to? @playsgames6666
@playsgames6666 i dragged in a navigation button and under functions drop down i found game services and selected it and assigned leaderboard icon to it, is that it?
Yes. With Google Play, once you have published the leaderboard - maybe wait an hour or so, then it should automatically log you in, providing you have a Google Play account.
in my game, the scores are being posted to the Leaderboard. I can see that in the backend on the Play Store Console. The app signs in perfectly to Google Play Games Services but the button doesn't show up inside the App. I have set it to Games Services and all. I am using BB ver. 2.3.7. Anyone else also facing this??
