You can sign-up for 30 days challenge in buildbox website to learn gradually how to make game with buildbox, so in the process also you will know the limitation of buildbox and what type of games suited for making games with buildbox. There are many example games created with BB in the buildbox website, see them for your reference. You also can check reference given by @stevinz and @trudnai above. It's better if you have an idea for the games first and then look for the tools for making the games you want. As if you want 3D games, RPG or RTS, you might looking for other tools. But BB is an easier tool for making games so far . If you have no idea what games you want to make with BB, just play around with, you might come out with something.
