Hi! I know that Xcode isn't available for Windows, but please is there a way to build .ipa file on Windows from exported files? If there isn't, what do you think if I get signed with a publisher could they build .ipa file for App store?
The only way to build an ipa on Windows is to use a VMware Workstation or 'Hackintosh'. This will work perfectly fine but will depend on the speed of your computer/hard drive - otherwise simple tasks will take ages. Be prepared for it. The other downside is that when Xcode and/or OS gets an update, you are UNABLE to download load and update, as it will screw up the OS system used to set up things in the first place. I used this method before getting my iMac. Just search on YouTube How to install macOS High Sierra on a PC - VMware
