Hello, I think you have to validate Google account using a phone number. https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/114129?hl=en https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/63950?hl=en
Hi , thanks for reply , i already did it , my account is fully activated , i set up game services but i have this problem and my game dont ask me to connect to my google account
Did you include your license key in the buildbox settings? also have you added the in app purchase in your google developer console?
Did you sign the APK with a production key? Did you upload the APK (or a previous version) to Google Play?
Have you registered your email as a test account? And is that email different from the one associated with the developer account?
I'm testing on a device ,i registred an other mail for test ,i tried with 2 différent mail , test mail and my Google développer mail but it dont work
Lastly the device you are using, it can't be setup with the same email you used for your developer account. If it is you will need to reset it and setup a new primary google email. As an aside, if you register a new test email in your developer account you might have to wait a few hours up to 24 hours for things to start working.
I waited more than 3 weeks, why i must change the primary mail ?? I already tested on 2 devices with different mail but still not working
Google Play has a few rules for test accounts... I don't know all the reasons why. To the best of my recollection: 1) You must register your test email account inside you Google Play developer account. 2) The test email account must be different from your developer account email. 3) The test email account needs to setup as the primary account on your testing device. (or at least the developer email needs to NOT be the primary on the device) You can search on stackoverflow.com for more information (tends to be more clear than the Google docs at times).
