Why Does This Happen?

I followed Zack's tutorial and got to the images shown. Why is it saying not ready and no internet connection or no fill?

It could be the sdk is out of date. Heyzap were taken over by fyber. So there's a chance it may not work. Have you tried Admob? Probably your best option right now.
