When Character Entering Into The Portal(urgent).

i have created three portals, when player is entering (in portal )and when he is coming out form 2 OUT PORTALS then he is becoming 2 characters. A particle effect which is attached to the character initially. When the character is coming out from the OUT PORTALS, the particle effect is automatically getting disappear or deleted. i want particle effect to follow the character. Could anyone help me out.
