What is Play Cooldown?

Does anybody now what Play Cooldown mean?

 

On what item/object is this present . I can't seem to find it . Made me curios )

 

i believe that has to do with stacked scenes and how often they reapeat... i just can't remember what the number represents... deaths maybe (before repeat scene)?

 

If that is true, then that's pretty cool.

@zeus when you click on Scene it will appear in right upper corner.

 

Pretty sure that's correct. A scene with a play cooldown of 3 won't appear again until the player's died three times.
