How can i but a action obejct that once the character pass by it, the game get slower? I've been trying to use time warp but cant get this thing right
Check 'Action Type' also. You must select 'Gameplay'. Time warp should work. 50 is default value (click on your world in Mind Map to see). If I pick Action with Time Warp 25, the game will slow down. With 100 it run faster.
