Multiple Unlock -> Character Not Being Selected

I am having an issue with the multiple unlock feature. Once I collect enough coins to unlock another character it wont let me select it. It's as if it is not recognising the touch or something. Has anyone run into this problem before and knows how to fix it?

EDIT: If i set them as free they work. It's just when i set them as "in game currency" then it won't work

Give an image to Multiple Unlock's "Unlock Button" or "Random Unlock". Should work

 

Do you mean the same image as the character that is being unlocked?

 

Thank you so much @tanvir8955 I placed a transparent image in the unlock and now it works. Why does it need an unlock image for it to work?
