Hi, it's been at least 2 years if not more that I follow the development of Buildbox. Didn't really used it. Tried once or twice. Didn't wanted it because I found it too restrictive. But it seems that Buildbox 3 has more potential. It seems you put lots of love and work in it. Not that you didn't before. I have some few projects in mind that I want to build on my own. And I am not good in coding and I don't know how much I want to put in learning to code, I prefer put my energy somewhere else. But the first times I explored Buildbox, It seems that we we're kind of force to choose between specific casual game types, force to choose the number of levels... The projects that i have in mind are all in 2D but I want to build them in a 3D environment to use parallax effects and some 2.5D effects. A platformer that seems possible with Buildbox 3, than an interactive comic, that got some elements of short animated series and with micro animations and micro interactions, finally a boardgame app companion, where half the game is tabletop and the other half on mobile. Will Buildbox become a real game engine or will only be for hyper casual games? I found the UbiArt Framework really inspiring. It is more for app development but here's some few tools that may inspire you. https://phase.com/ https://www.invisionapp.com/studio Keep up the good work!
