I Paid For The 35$ Plan And Build Box Still Say I'm Using The Free Trial

Please help I paid for the 35$ indie plan on Sunday and I still don't have access yet I have tried to email support but all they sent me was a update file and a license key that dose not work it still says I'm using the trial version so is my subscription running out while I'm waiting for help?

 

Try and download it again. Or email support again. It took me a couple of attempts. Also, make sure that when you copy and paste the licence key, that there's no spaces at the end.
