Hello, I used to make games on Buildbox since 2.x versions, then I stopped, yesterday, I downloaded Buildbox 3.4.7 free version, I can't even log in!
I tried many times, deleting then installing again didn't help, I tried to use VPN, also didn't work either, I tried to log in using Gmail and Facebook, still facing same technical errors, it shows me a message that says: We are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I emailed Buildbox support but still no reply.

Omg! I finally fixed it, I just deleted the eightcell folder in appdata folder, it seemed that I had an old folder from 2019 or 2018, which didn't let me log in when I installed buildbox 3.4.7.
For anyone who is facing the same issue, do as I did, hopefully it will help you too.

For those that have this issue (on a mac), and patostar's fix didn't work, here are the steps that Erik gave me to fix. Turns out it was the preferences folder that was causing my issue. There were old files in there from years ago when I first installed.

1- Goto: Macintosh HD and press Command+Shift+ “.” to see hidden folders.

    2- Then go to Users>(Username)>.config>AppOnboard

3- Once there delete the Buildbox.ini file.

    4- Then go to Users>(Username)>Library>Application Support>eightcell>Buildbox.

5- Once there delete the com.eightcell.buildbox3 folder.

    6- Goto: Users>(Username)>Library>Preferences.

7- Once there delete the com.eightcell.buildbox3 folder.

    8- Empty your ‘Recycle Bin’.
