Here is my sharing and hope you guys would help I am doing Facebook CPI ads, and it really riddle for me my stats are good I have great CTR above 2% conversion rate clicks to installs above 60%-70% i try small budget high budget But facebook not show me love when it comes to impressions ! This is for USA audience, and i would add that Facebook using just 2\3 from my max bid with this stats i would be happy so spend tons of money to get installs, but i feel that facebook not give me impressions no matter what i do and has i said my stats are great
I think best part will be starting a pre-marketing campaign for your app through social media, blogs and other platforms . It will be helpful for you building a solid user base and develop initial user interest. Later all depends on how your app performs in real world .
