Hi, i want to ask a question. Before uploading my game (apk) to Google Play Store, i have to pay $25 registration fee. My question is, Is this a one time payment or do i have to pay the fee for every time i upload a game (apk) to Google Play Store. Please i need a quick answer.
So after i pay the fee, i can upload as much games as i want whitout have to pay the fee anymore right??
i don't know where you are, it's can be a fake website, Google play DEv is FREE, you never have to pay nothing ! It's not Apple where you have to pay 99€ before submitting anything .. the good and real link is : https://play.google.com/apps/publish/

ah yes oO until now you have to pay this for make a developper account http://developer.android.com/distribute/googleplay/start.html I think it's an anti flooder system, because if you have to pay, it's harder to create many fake accounts to upload malware loaded apk..
