Game frame setting border circles keep getting larger

Every time I run my game, inside the "Game Frame Settings", the circles that show the borders of my game (can either be block, pass, or red) swell up. They keep getting bigger to the point where the lines disappear and my character stops moving. How do I shrink them back down or stop them from increasing in size?

 

What exact version (from about screen including B#) are you using?
