Yeah, they mostly don't have an email anywhere. This happens as well with interesting youtube personalities. And as far as I know, where I live an important person charges for one tweet over 5k for just one tweet. Which for me, as an independent, is just too much. I can't imagine how much something like that is in the US, it probably is much more than that. I searched for services which do this professionally like posted by the OP and just couldn't find anything that seems legit.
