Last night buildbox.com went down due to exceeding bandwidth. This included buildbox.com along with the new forum. My question is, did emails that were sent to support@buildbox.com during that time period go through?
Not sure, if you were opening a new ticket and did not get a reply back with a confirmation then we did not likely get it. If you were responding to an existing ticket you can always resend. There does not seem to be an issue right now.
