Hi. I downloaded buildbox for free, but after installing it, it asks me for activation code. where can I find?
license code on the maile. I've just realized. but this time, "cant't to connect to the server" error. what does this mean ?
That means there are some connection issues ether on your half (you have a VPN or firewall or something) or on their side (the server is down or cannot link your account with your pc server-side). Just wait few seconds and try again, it will get fixed soon
I won't fixed for 4-5 hours, at least for my free account. It keeps says can not to connect server, contact support@buildbox.com. DOn't know what's the problem.
Please check your DNS, firewall, anti-virus, or any other potential things locally that could be blocking this validation. Also, ensure Port 80 is open. Check your HOSTS file and ensure there are no mentions of Buildbox there as well. Please let me know if this helps.
