I messed around with a concept isometric game, but couldn't get it right either. I think the Game Direction would be set to like -35, but I also encounted problems when moving scene to scene, as the game doesn't quite go to the next scene the way it does for Ball Jump, anyone know how to get it right?
I tested -35. But it not works healthy. I hope there are somebody to share information about isometric gameplay settings.
Theres a pretty good thread about this here: https://www.buildbox.com/forum/inde...an-isometric-game-like-ball-jump.41/#post-503
it depend in the iso shape used like ball jump its -26 you need to start tweaking the game direction until you get it right and have an aligned scene to scene
In addition to this, the movement is controlled based on distance from character. So you need to set the Wake Up based on distance
If you set your Y-axis to +10 to move upwards, then place the transform logic where the block needs to stop at the top and set the corresponding Y-axis to 0. Note, you need to replace that value not add or multiply else those blocks would move in an interesting way
Hi, have you had any luck with drawing isometric image with Hexels? I am looking for someway of making one myself before BB2 release date arrives
