Wait a bit and try several times over 24 hours. It's because of a bad connection somewhere between your computer and amazon s3 server where the modules are hosted. It usually resolves itself after some time.
FWIW, I use WiFi and download the modules several times per week (if not per day). Occasionally, maybe once a month, I also have seen this issue. Sometimes the connection seems degraded locally (on my end), other times not. Almost always, it works after restarting and trying again. I've NEVER had the problem persist longer than 24 hours. If problems do persist longer than 24 hours and you have no options for trying a different connection then feel free to contact support and we can try to help out.
Maybe I should contact support then. On my house WiFi, I get the module error every time I switch BB version (couple times a week). Now I’ve gotten used to using a tether before switching. I think my ISP is just poo Haha.
I just subscribed BB last week, every time the download module failed,seeking help to solve! By the way, I use the mac

I think Buildbox should fix this problem by get Buildbox to reconnect and resume the download. Not forcing user to restart the app and re-download again, that really annoying everytime.
