    Hi guys
    How do you add bounce to objects without adding bounce to character?

    Thanks

    No worries guys I figured it out. Using the transform tool on a physics object did the trick:)

    @Woodie,

    Can you explain how you did this? I can't seem to get the Character to not bounce.

    Thanks!

    Make the object physical and put a transform logic just above the platform where the physic object will bounce over and set it to something like 45(adjust it to suit your requirements) linear velocity modifier in the y axis

    Thanks. I understand that. I really want to just let it do the physics as it is supposed to, and just make character fixed. I want multiple bounces like a ball, but the character can only jump with no bounce. Has to be a way to do this.

    Thanks

    in the world settings, adjust that bounce and it will give your character some ball like bounce if set right

    @heathclose,

    I am trying to stop my character from bouncing, while allowing the enemies to bounce. He needs to avoid bouncing enemies, but not bounce himself.

    Am I missing something simple?

    Thanks

    Thanks. I tried that and like you found, it kinda works but not cleanly. I've gotten close. What I really want is for the character to be a fixed object and not a physics object.
