Unfortunately stop game on android pop up msg

hello friend,

In my android game there is Unfortunately stop pop up coming, on screen.

i am talking about android game, if game not in running stage at that time also pop ups coming no screen.
don't know why this happen with only BB games.

please any one have solution for that then tell me please

 

Have you emailed support@buildbox.com about this? I will guess that you have a lot of errors as I did upon export-import-send to APK process in Eclipse.

 

Yea me too keep seeing same STOP pop ups even when the game is not running

 

yes @sysads i have same issues like your's so how can you solve it or not yet?
actually i am selling my games and my clients not happy with that, i haven't solution for that at this time, i thought it's error from Android OS.
but don't know real issues.

Due to "Heyzap.sdk" this all happen,
can you please also mail to support for this, then they can solve it soon, if more costumers report about this error then they resolve it soon,

 

I got the same error. Did you find a solution? maybe add heyzap library?

Hello, while solving the problem in the next update, I use version BB 1.3.3

 

Anybody have solution for this problem? I have this problem in all my app which are exported with 1.3.5 version. Maybe @Andy do you have any solution for that?

I get a pop up message when a new app is installed or updated，pop up screen saying that the app is not responding...no solution for me yet.

Hi all am a beginner!! Same pop up Can anyone tell me? I have 2 buttons on screen, one for single jump and another for double jump. Cn this be implemented on buildbox. Kindly tell from scratch.thanks

i found the solution. Download heyzap ads sdk, and add the heyzap sdk to your project.

Thanks for that thardal, quick question, does anyone know if it make any difference if I drag it to the libs folder inside eclipse or is it the same if I do it on finder/windows explorer, before loading it on eclipse?
