Buildbox can't connect to the serve

I bought the buidbox yesterday ，after I actived the Buildbox ， I closed the Buildbox. Then I open the Buildbox ， got the can't connect to the serve.

 

I had wrote the problem to the support . how to solve this problem？ wait now

Yes, My Internet is connected, now I tried again but still got this alert.
I can active the buildbox ,the first time when I actived the buildbox,the buildbox don't alert the message.
But after I opened again, the buildbox alert the message every time.

I run the buildbox form the terminal,I got the log print:
NetworkReply error : "Error transferring https://api.buildbox.com/app/v3/verify - server replied: Internal Server Error"

I close the vpn, And try to access the url, I can access the api url.


I don't think these is the vpn problem, maybe something was wrong with the server.

Maybe this problem only occurs on Buildbox 2.0.x. Holp the official staff who see this ，can solve this problem quickly.
I actived the Buildbox yesterday, only used it 10 miniutes. It feels so bad for me for the $999 a year's price.

i don't really understand why this kind of registration, what about those who are not all the time with internet ? in my country its a 12 hour power cut every day, but i have a wireless stuff so i manage it. but still .. Sorry to jump in like that.
