Hi, I´m using a background for my 2d game and set the move node so the background follows the character. But after some scenes, it cuts off. I put the background image on the start scene. Any thoughts on what the problem is?

I think it has to be something with the delete scene threshold.... but I cannot increase the scene threshold.. that only make the game slower.. It's a bit strange that Buildbox doesn´t have background parallax ready for 2d games..

@LtgGames Hi, have you tried putting the background in the World section (where camera, sun and ground are)?

@Ivan Perfetti Yes, but since it's 2d I cannot set the image in the back... it lays automatically in front and blocks the view of the scenes...

yes, and he is using 3d world, so it's easier to do parallax..

@LtgGames You might need to change the global depth order, that fixes this type of issue usually.

Anyway, since this would be quite useful to have, I'm working on a parallax asset.
It will be ready soon, these are the main features at the moment:
    - support for both 2D and 3D Worlds.
    - support for both horizontal, vertical or free (both directions) scrolling.
    - extremely easy to add and configure to any project.
    - supports any number of layers.

Here's a preview showing it in both 2D and 3D worlds with 8 levels of parallax.
