When I try to export my game to "Buildbox World" or "Windows EXE," I receive this error message:

"Sorry, we couldn't get the export data for your project from the server.

Please check your internet connection and try again."

    My internet is working fine.

I also get a separate message that says:

    "Failed!

Project cannot be uploaded for some reason. Try again or contact support."

    Help, please?

Hi, it appears that you are using an older version of Buildbox 3. Please update to the latest version to resolve this issue.

    Thank you for the suggestion.

Alas, I'm using 3.4.2. I uninstalled and did a fresh install as soon as that problem cropped up. It didn't solve it.

Ok, let's try these steps without uninstalling Buildbox. You can just close Buildbox.

    For WINDOWS:
(Make sure the option "See Hidden Folders" is checked)
    Go to: Local Disk C: > (Users) x2 > AppData > Local > eightcell > Buildbox
Once there, delete the Buildbox folder.
    Then delete your Recycle Bin.

    For MacOS:
    Then go to ~/Library/Preferences/com.eightcell.buildbox/
Once there, delete the Buildbox folder.
    Then delete your Recycle Bin.

Please let me know if this helps.

This not only solved my export issue, it solved a second issue that had plagued me for nearly two weeks.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
