What is the best publisher from above who will accept to publish our games! I think some publishers only publish their own games

Ketchapp (Very Picky, only select Quality games)
Appsolute Games (Really good in Response, gives response even if they don't like the game)
Nanovation Games (Really good in Response, gives response even if they don't like the game)
    Umbrella Games.
MiniClip also publishes Indie games but Its been more than a month and I got no response from them.

I don't know about this website, is ok to submit to? Or we suppose to submit directly to publishers
what about King, Supercell, and Zynga
If you look at the article he Measure the publisher by downloads and revenue, I think this the most important

Hmm, I don't think that publishers like King, Supercell and Zynga are going to publisher indie games.
King --- They have their own game types (Saga and very very very high quality games)
Supercell --- They definitely will not publish indie games. If you have something like Clash of Clans, Hay Day or Clash Royale then you can send it.
Zynga --- They may publish indie game but your game graphics must be super great like Mountain Goat Mountain.

You have to submit directly to publishers

How long it will take each publisher to respond ?
If you would send your indie game what is the order by publisher name
    1. .. publisher
    2. .. publisher
    3. .. publisher

It depends on publisher. Some of them even don't reply to your email. But normally 1 week is ok.
And this listing depends on your game. If your game has minimal graphics and it is unique then Ketchapp will be the best option.
Appsolute and Nanovation publish all type of games.
Overall, first you should determine with which publisher you are going to publish your game then you should start creating it.

Too much graphics? Hmm.. I think Appsolute Games will be the best option.
First send to Appsolute Games, if they will not accept your game then Nanovation.

Ketchapp, what can we say. It is not for BB games anymore, they have high standards now. they mostly accept unity games now, no matter how bad gameplay it has, but still there games are pretty great quality. :). :)
