@trudnai - AppleTV requires BitCode, but iOS and Mac are fine without BitCode (for now, although I imagine Apple to change this in the future).
They will probably require it around Jan/Feb. Buildbox will fully support bitcode by default before Apple requires it.
Apple's "bytecode" implementation - However, unlike Java or C# or other bytecode / pcode / msil / cil (or whatever other names used for the same technology), so unlike other implementations, Apple does the final compilation on their iTunes server. Which makes perfect sense to be honest, no need to do the very same JIT compilations on millions of devices over and over again...
