Fbx Animation

    Change the shape from kinematic to dynamic and see if that works

    Is there a reason why you are using the mesh? Why not just use a cube shape then resize it to suit your game? It doesn't need to be the exact right size/shape. I use this method for all my characters.

    i usually do that to, but for this exact model (and a few others), I’d like the collision shapes to be following the characters movements exactly.. Hard to do that with a cube

    Yes, but I can't figure out why you would want to do that. It's much more taxing on performance too.

    try to edit your fbx in mixamo then get the animation there

    The animation is from Mixamo… I worked around the issue another way though
