    Hey Boxers,

As you might have heard, Apple’s new operating system is announced to roll-out today to MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, Mac Pro, iMac and iMac Pro users. We have noticed, that in some cases the new update impacts the performance of Buildbox so we have released a new update (3.3.6) for Buildbox to fix this issue. Apologies if you have experienced any issues - please update your software as you would normally do (in-app or download from buildbox.com).

If you are experiencing any issues please reach out to support@buildbox.com or through the usual channels:

No, that is still being worked on. This was strictly to ensure compatibility with the newest OSX and not end up with an users locked out. Be on the lookout for 3.3.7 for more features and improvements, it's going to be a good one ;)

Hi @Sean Buildbox Will Buildbox iOS appstore games will be playable also in BigSur OSX other than mobile or is this something will be added in the future? Cause now all the iOS apps compatibel can be played in Macs with BigSur. Thanx

Cannot confirm this yet, but we hope to support it. It does look like only Macs with Apple's new chip will support it as opposed to all Macs with Big Sur. In any case as soon as we have news on this we will let the community know ;)

If it's a problem with the new MAC OS, why a version for Windows?
They could have performed a subversion, type 3.3.5.1 Only for Mac.

I work my projects in 2 different computers most of the time, one of them is PC and one Mac in 2 different places. If I had 3.3.6 in my mac and not in my Pc that would be a big problem for me. So I guess that's why.

I would also be interested and I hope that it is not just for bug fixing again. It should finally become a little more user friendly ;)

When will the good version come ? Since the updates for the good version are rather rare or take forever ;)

I think they are working on something good that will be released before the end of this year or early in 2021. Just have patience because good things come rare and it's worth to wait based on previous releases. They released 3.3.6 that adds support for bigsur and this way they have plenty of time to fix any remaining issues on that os.

I've seen some bad releases in my past with buildbox but I haven't lost hope yet :D

    Once upon a time ... ;)

Waiting for the good updates always takes a long time and then you don't get what you expected. Countless improvements have never been made, but I don't give up hope, otherwise I wouldn't be here anymore.

So I've created a ticket for this but just FYI it appears currently you must hold Shift the entire time while dragging and it will bring the all the items you need in the outliner ;)
