We love to show off indie games built with Buildbox from creators in our community to support their work and help inspire others. Our “spotlight” picks highlight games that stand out for their unique themes, innovative gameplay concepts, and engaging physics or those that have climbed to the top of the app store charts.
This week’s game spotlight pick is Shark Totz’s Break Ultimate. Created using Buildbox, this challenging puzzle game blends traditional brick-breaking mechanics with exciting arcade action.
So, let’s take a closer look at Shark Totz’s Break Ultimate!
Break Ultimate: A Fun Arcade Action Breaker
Are you ready for a fun challenge? In Break Ultimate, players must clear all the breakable colored blocks and collect the dead blocks for a high score. But keep your eye on the ball because if it drops too low, it’s game over!
You will also encounter various power-up blocks throughout the game. Some power-ups help you clear levels faster by shooting extra balls, while others hinder your progress by reversing gravity or inverting paddle directions, which you’ll want to avoid. These power-ups instantly transform this classic brick-breaker into an addictive, fast-paced arcade game that offers both challenge and excitement.
There are over 80 unique levels to clear, along with a paddle store where you can unlock special paddles endowed with additional powers to gain an advantage during the game.
If you enjoy classic brick-breaker or arcade games, you’ll love Break Ultimate.
Break Ultimate is now available for download on iOS and Google Play.
