We’re back with another official Buildbox Game Jam! This time around the first place prize is the largest cash prize to-date! Are you ready to show off your game design skills and win some serious money?
Join our Buildbox Game Jam for a chance to win a $2,000 cash prize, plus bragging rights ;) !
The theme is ‘Play to Win,’ so your challenge, if you choose to take it, is to use Buildbox to create a ‘play to win’ themed game by the deadline 9/6 at 3:59 PM PST.

For your entry to be eligible to win, it must be high-quality with game mechanics similar to the play-to-win example titles listed above. You can view the full requirements and game jam guidelines here.

All cash prizes will be paid out via your Hyperwallet account, so if you haven’t yet, be sure to set it up before submitting your entry.
The submission process is easy!
Just go to buildbox.com/gamejam and fill out the form with your info and be sure to include a link where we can download your BBDoc and video (strongly encouraged) before the deadline of 9/6/22.
Both Buildbox and the creator will own rights to any game submitted. Creators are free to do anything they want to with the game they create. Buildbox is also able to use the game for any purpose.
Remember, the deadline is September 6 at 3:59 pm PST, so get started on your game now.
