We have two major announcements straight from the Buildbox headquarters that will totally change the way you make games with our software but in a good way! 😉

The first announcement is that soon we’ll be rolling out new pricing options. We’re ditching the monthly subscription plans and switching over to just annual plans.

Our goal and vision for Buildbox is to create a suite of game development tools that makes the entire process of making games and getting started super simple. These new price changes are simplified to be the most economical plans we’ve ever had!  

New Simplified And Most Economical Plans Ever

• Plus Plan – $99 (per year)
• Indie Plan – $199 (per year)
• Pro Plan – $299 (per year)

If you already have a monthly subscription plan and love it, don’t worry, you’re good. However, the option to sign up for any of our monthly subscription plans or switch over to new monthly subscription will end on May 23. So, if you’ve been thinking about it now is the time.

We will honor the current monthly prices to anyone who signs up before that date. You can contact our awesome support team at support@buildbox.com with any questions or for assistance in changing your plan.

Each plan includes all the core features of Buildbox like the menu editor, scene editor, actions, effects, logic, monetization, and creator with all gameplay possibilities.  The only difference between plans is the total amount of worlds, scenes, and export options you can have in your game. The team has been hard at work polishing up Buildbox 3, and it’s finally ready! Yes, our most advanced 3D game development software, Buildbox 3 will be officially released on Thursday, May 23. So, mark your calendar, set a notification on your phone, because it’s coming! Buildbox 3 has been in the making for a long time, and the team at Buildbox are so excited to release it officially.

We designed this software to be a REAL game-changer for indie developers or anyone who wants to make awesome games regardless of their skill level. With Buildbox 3, you’ll be able to create incredible 3D games by merely dragging and dropping the built-in presets and smart assets into the editor.

Also you can completely customize your game by editing the assets node’s structure or code. This option opens the doors for creating any game you want from hyper-casual to complex. Create Zelda-esque RPGs to Angry Birds style arcade games and much more.

Easily switch from creating immersive 3D worlds to building out a 2D platform game with one click. Use the pre-made assets in the software to quickly get started or import your own 3D game art. New smart assets will be instantly added to the software regularly for free. Plus with our new simplified pricing options, making professional looking games has never been easier!
