Also added AdIntegrator that is fully compatible with BB2. Based on your feedback we totally reworked the way nodes get created modified and attributes edited. Soon we will release more tutorials on how to work with nodes and how to get 100% out of them. And one of my favorite feature we added is tons of bug fixes. Like OBJ crashes or Start node didn’t load proper World, copy/paste things and many more. Next week we will be testing Android export. So if you guys want to participate you more then welcome ping me in private on forum and I'll send you a new build with Android export. Also you can expect more and better structured nodes, general flow improvements and 'stock to path' feature in upcoming release as well. And btw there new 2.3.7 build coming next week. @NikRudenko this looks amazing and perfect. Just one quick question, as we tested the previous link, so is it same for this build? I mean will there be only ad integrator or there will other ad networks as well in this build? If not are you planning to do it in future updates? Just like it is currently with BB 2D? Also most important the 3D presets lags a lot after a while, is it fixed? Any chances to use checkpoints or menu jumps in this update so that we can go for level system instead of just sticking to endless gameplay? - Yes we planning to add more native ad networks supports in the future. Or lets say we will make AdIntegrator work like native - This new build having extra fixes and also having new way to deliver more templates - This build was focused on bugs that related to editing and creating games so you guys can focus and be comfortable with bringing your ideas to life. The next update will be focused on performance. - I've seen people mention menu jumps couple times now. So I'm bumping priority to this issue now. Thanks for feedback. - And yes we are planning to release extra few templates that focused on NON endless gameplays.
Sounds perfect, for sure as ad network was a bumping priority with this performance as well as menu jumps and creating levels manually would prove to be extra boon for us if done in next update, really appreciated, much faster with BB 3, you are amazing @NikRudenko , cheers
i noticed you changed the way the previewer behaves. now it gets hidden if you click off of it. This should be at the very least a choice for us to pick. Having the game running while tweaking settings is really useful
Great i can mess around with options etc, but getting crashed every time i try to play preview on every preset, also ios modules are downloading every time, But Buildbox 3D look's great and have so many options, i just can't wait to make some new games with it ! For now it looks like it have all i wanted from 2.0
I noticed Jump Count doesn't seem to work inside the Jump node. Looking at the javascript, there is no reference there either.
Thanks. I'll look in to it. What preset this Jump node in? Coming really good. Really excited to release them now. Since we addressed bunch of essential issues now we can go deeper and work on API stuff and bring some awesome extra things
With this beta 2 can i publsih on Apple using ads? Can i integrate game analytics and facebook analytics and publish on Voodoo or another publisher?
Where is the "Stick to Path" that was mentioned in the Dev Blog last week that was suppose to be part of Beta 2? Where is this?? "With the Beta 2 update, it’s all about taking things up a notch. So, we’re improving the nodes and adding new features to make your games bigger and better. You can expect to see more advanced nodes"
@NikRudenko Hi. This version seems to work more stable than before except it still gives black screen when I try to play the game on my phone. Do you have any idea why that happens? What I did was basically open the Template called "float" added a Game Over Screen with a button for restart. The game works fine when I play in BB simulator. Only it doesn't run on my phone. My phone is iPhone6 btw. I also ticked encryption when I was exporting. Could that be making the bug? Thank you! Ok Edit: The main problem was yes ticking the encryption option. When I unticked it the game worked on my phone. But now the score is not visible during gameplay no matter what I do. I ticked stick to edge as well and it doesn't work.
