Hi Guys, I released my game, to few countries only , now would like to promote it thru Google ads, but when I select option promote App installs it asking me what app to promote… and I have only one option (my old app) but not the new one… I can se already the app in Google Play store just like other people as they downloaded… not sure why this is happening… Any ideas?
I had a campaign running in Switzerland for a few months now. Last night i made the exact same Campaign for Germany (replicated by hand, copy paste wouldn’t work for some reason). This morning I received an email from google saying my ad has been disapproved. I called the provided phone number, but only reached a message that they don’t provide phone support during Nox Vidmate VLC corona.
It sounds like you're facing a bit of a hiccup with your Google Ads for promoting your new game. Don't worry; these things can be sorted out!
